Shipping Policy
- All orders will normally be processed and shipped within 7 business days. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
- All orders will be shipped via the most cost efficient method depending on the item, its weight, and the destination, unless specified otherwise in the product description.
- Shipping address to PO Boxes will be accepted for items shipping via the USPS. Any orders requiring shipment via UPS, FedEx, or DHL (large items or large quantities) cannot be delivered to a PO Box. For such orders, we will contact you for a different address or cancel the order.
- Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you by email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment.
- Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
- In the event that a package is returned undeliverable, refused or not picked up, we will not be held responsible or liable. The customer will be given the option of paying for return shipping or a refund minus all shipping costs. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Paws4Deals is making a conscious effort to reduce and recycle by re-using cardboard boxes. The boxes we use may not be "pretty" but you can be assured that your orders will be securely packaged and arrive safely.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business and so that we may continue to offer below retail pricing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective or an error on the part of Paws4Deals. The following are the only circumstances for returns.
Defective Product:
- Try contacting the manufacturer directly. In most cases, they will offer a replacement, and sometimes even an upgrade based on product availability. This is the most convenient and consistently successful method of dealing with returns.
- If you are unable to get satisfaction through the manufacturer, request a RMA number via our "Request RMA" link.
- Read and follow the Return procedures and conditions below.
Non-defective product:
- We are unable to accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
- Prior to making a purchase it is your responsibility to ensure you actually want the item. We offer a limited quantity of products and thus once you make a purchase it is one less that someone else can purchase.
- We recommend that you resell, re-gift, or recycle. Since most products on our site are at prices below suggested retail, it is likely you will still come out ahead.
Item Not Received:
- Check with your neighbors and see it if was delivered there.
- Check your invoice via your account to see if the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments.
- Check your invoice via your account to see if the order was cancelled. If we had unforeseen problems filling the order it may have been cancelled.
- If none of the above are relevant contact Customer Service via our "Contact Us" link.
Incorrect Item:
- In the unlikely event you are sent the wrong item request a RMA number via our "Request RMA" link.
- Read and follow the Return procedures and conditions below.
Return Procedures and Conditions:
- All returns MUST have a RMA number written on the outside of the package. A RMA number must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the item.
- Any return sent without an RMA number will refused/returned at senders expense. We are not responsible for how the shipper handles the refused shipment.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid to us within 7 days of receipt of your RMA number.
- Only return items to the address given with your RMA number. Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. We are not responsible for items shipped back to their address.
- All returns must be sent with original packaging including all documentation, parts, UPC codes, etc.
- Returns must be packaged in such a way as to prevent damage or further damage to the product. Items not packaged sufficiently will be assumed damaged in shipment to us.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect all returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds.
- We will issue a refund or send a replacement at our sole discretion.
- Refunds will be made, within 30 days of our receiving the return, to the credit card the purchase was made on. The refund amount will be for the purchase price minus any shipping charges. The shipping charges are paid to the shipping company, not to Paws4Deals, therefore all shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
