EMAILS & NOTIFICATIONS

Why didn't I  receive an email confirmation?

The reasons could be that your mail client is sending notifications from us to your spam box.  Check your Spam Folder to see if messages from orders@paws4deals.com are being marked as junk email.  If they are, try adding orders@paws4deals.com to your Address Book so that future messages will be delivered straight to your inbox.

What kind of notifications will you send?

You should receive email notification when you register, when you complete a new order and when your order status has changed (Shipped, Cancelled, etc).  If you did not get an email you can always check your "My Account" page to see the status of your orders, print invoice etc...


 ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Do you ship internationally?

Curently we only ship to the Continental United States.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover cards and Google Checkout.

All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card will only be charged when your order is confirmed.
All orders are in American dollars. If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, your order will not be processed.

The order will not be completed if your billing/shipping address doesn’t match the billing address or verified alternate address on the credit card account.

At the end of the checkout process you will receive either a SUCCESSFUL or FAILED result, if you received a FAILED result please verify your information and try again.

Please Note that some credit card issuers will put a hold on the amount of your order even if the transaction is declined. This is a credit card issuer procedure and we have no control over that.  The hold is usually released within 2 business days from the date it was placed.

Do you accept any other form of payment? Can I send a money order?

Because our system is fully automated, we need a payment system that gives us immediate confirmation of your payment.  Our only suggestion besides using a credit/debit card would be to purchase a rechargeable debit card from a local retailer.

Does Paws4Deals charge sales tax?

If your billing/shipping address is in Illinois 6.85% sales tax will be added to your total.


Billing & Shipping Addresses (Important Policies)

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

All Credit Card companies require Billing Address Verification and for security reasons we can only ship to a verified billing address or verified alternate address on the credit card account.

If you would like to have your order shipped to an address different from your Billing Address,  you must add it to your credit card before placing your order:

  1. Contact your credit card issuer at their customer service dept (phone numbers located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement).
  2. Let them know that you would like to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information will remain on file for future orders. If you card will not allow you to add 2nd address, it is beyond our control.

If there are any problems with address verification your order will not be completed.

Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to insure online security and is required by all credit card issuers.

Not all online merchants follow these regulations, but as a 100% secure shopping site, we comply with all Internet "card not present" anti-fraud procedures. We hear time and again that "other companies didn't require this" but those other companies did not follow security regulations implemented by all credit card issuers.

How can I track my order?

You will get a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.  You can check your order status by logging in and clicking the “My Account” tab on the sidebar of our site.  Your account page will list all your previous orders with current status.

We try to ship all orders within 7 business days of payment confirmed.



RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

What's your return policy?

Paws4Deals is proud to offer a variety of products geared towards pets and their owners. We guarantee all products on our site will be well-described so you can decide if it is right for you.  Because our business format is only one deal a day and we are constantly searching for the lowest priced merchandise will can only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged. How can I cancel my order?

Our order processing system is fully automated. you simply Select your item, the quantity and then log into your account to complete the purchase. It is then sent to our fulfillment department to be processed.

While we certainly will try our best to honor any request for cancellation, we cannot guarantee it.

Once an order is placed and sent to fulfillment for processing, if a request is received, cancellation depends on where the order is within that process. If a cancellation is granted, there will be confirmation via email, along with a refund to your credit card.
